it doesn’t work from the first time pulling it out of the box highly disappointed in customer support as I emailed several times and also left a voicemail message for someone to please call me about exchanging for a new device. II have nothing positive to say about the company and have completely given up on capitalizing upon the intensive brain treatment week my son had mid June.

Followed all instructions perfectly but some times when I use I can’t feel the nodes sending any current it’s usually only one node that I can’t feel. Not both at the same time and it switches up. Would love to hear from customer service about this and I also submitted a request for a montage but have yet to hear back.

Although UPS says it reached my country on the 15 the order has yet to reach me...

I’ve tried theBrainDriver a few times now and I think it does the job, so thus far I’m positive about it. Purchasing process however was less satisfying: shipping was extremely high - and they used another shipment provider than I paid for, had to pay extra VAT afterwards and was unable to use a coupon. The product turned out to be double the price for me because of this. Would not recommend buying the product through this channel.
