Yep, I read about trying a new set of wires from some one else and it got my 2 year old unit working too.

When my unit stopped working, I emailed the company and told them about this. Siince mine was out of warranty, they recommended a new wireset. it did the trick and now I don't have to buy a new one. Good customer service. Thank you :)
